Make you a "CASH BUYER". In order to put you in the strongest possible negotiating position, we will introduce you to a lender, PRIOR TO VIEWING PROPERTIES. A pre-approval letter puts you in the strongest possible negotiating position

STEP 3
LOCATING your ideal property: With a profile of the property you want and with you approved for financing, we will search a computerized list of PROPERTIES currently offered for sale by EVERY agent in EVERY real estate company in the area. NEGOTIATING THE PURCHASE: Once you have identified a property you are interested in purchasing, the work begins. With knowledge of your personal and financial situation, we will draft an offer and assist in the negotiating process until an agreement is reached. Once the contract is agreed to by all parties, we will oversee all of the details, providing you regular updates as you move from approved contract to closing the sale.
